What do I do once I have found the new address?

Once we have a confirmed address, the first thing you need to do is contact the CSA (Child Support Agency) and notify them of your ex-partner’s new residence, and they can then contact them to arrange the monies owed.

How long does the trace take to complete?

With an address trace, we always allow up to one week to complete the investigation.
